John Rickard is GAS SAFE registered so we can carry out boiler swaps, total new installations, repairs and servicing.
To make sure your boiler is serviced and repaired as intended by the manufacturer we carry a laptop containing the details of 2500 boilers. This can also prove invaluable for finding fault codes etc.
We also carry the very latest flue gas analysers. As well as providing an invaluable insight into the way any boiler is operating, many modern boilers now require the use of these machines in order to set them up correctly during commissioning or servicing.
It is most important that new boilers are not fitted to dirty systems. This would result in a marked loss of efficiency, increased chance of breakdowns and could well invalidate the manufacturer’s guarantee. For this reason we always recommend a power flush. Click here for more details.
